I’m Bianca — journalist, certified coach, media trainer, and passionate globetrotter. After a series of thrilling adventures, I embarked on an extraordinary journey when I moved from Germany to New York at 29. With nothing but my suitcases and a job, I arrived with no home, no family nearby, no colleagues, and no friends — leaving everything familiar behind.
Ten years later, I said goodbye to my incredible New York life: my wonderful Upper West Side apartment, an exciting career, beloved colleagues, and cherished friends. It was a decade full of growth, experiences, and unforgettable memories.

But was it always easy? Not at all! I faced countless obstacles and frustrating barriers, especially during the early days of building a new life abroad. There were major challenges and moments of doubt, yet I persevered — and ultimately, I overcame them all!
Upon returning to Germany, I joined the headquarters of my employer, a major media company. Through dedication and hard work, I steadily advanced, first becoming a team leader and later heading the business news division, gaining over 20 years of invaluable professional experience.
Now living in The Netherlands as a coach, I am excited to share my extensive experience as both an expat and a business professional to help others succeed. I firmly believe that coaching can provide clarity, help you find structure, enhance your skills, and boost your confidence. With an empathetic approach, attentive listening, and effective communication, I guide my clients on a transformative journey toward a fulfilling career and a balanced, meaningful life.
